Our Services

At Reigate Road, we support 6 people with learning disabilities and autism with a high level of needs with behaviours that can be challenging, in their own apartments. Some individuals may also have an associated mental health diagnosis. They will typically be part of the Care and Treatment Review program in accordance with the Transformation of Care Agenda to support people in ‘Homes and not Hospitals’.   

 

Aims of the service: 

• provide a supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, who may also have diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health conditions where their support has not been successful in other placements. 

• We aim to support people to develop skills and abilities to successfully maintain an independent life aiming to support them to reach their full potential.  

• provide care within a person - centred approach, which response to changes in our service user needs and wishes.  

• do our best for the service users we support by enabling them to live a fulfilling life and to be in control and empowered as much as possible.
