Accordia Care is legally obliged to meet the CQC regulatory standards. The CQC have consequently created 5 key questions (known as KLoE) to assess care providers against their standards:
Are they Safe?
Are they effective?
Are they caring?
Are they responsive to people's needs?
Are they well-led?
Accordia have developed a comprehensive and robust governance framework that is based on 9 quality standards to assess the quality and compliance of Accordia's services and departments.
