Quality

Accordia Care is legally obliged to meet the CQC regulatory standards. The CQC have consequently created 5 key questions (known as KLoE) to assess care providers against their standards:

Are they Safe?

Are they effective?

Are they caring?

Are they responsive to people's needs?

Are they well-led?

Accordia have developed a comprehensive and robust governance framework that is based on 9 quality standards to assess the quality and compliance of Accordia's services and departments.

It is our mission to deliver services above and beyond the requirements of the CQC standards.

Our quality program

To achieve our mission we have developed a quality program based on the 9 quality standards outlined below
